Woman who tried to commit suicide was sentenced to 20 years in Va because she pointed a gun at the ground and fired it as officers approached.  She was charged with aggravated assault against a police officer using a deadly weapon.   Cost of incarceration to taxpayers will exceed 1 million dollars.
